- Venue Hire: Enjoy exclusive access to Berwick Lodge from 10am to 3pm, offering the perfect backdrop for your wedding.
- Celebrant: Our experienced celebrant will be on hand to officiate your vows.
- Live Music: Set the tone for the day with a musician performing from 11am to 3pm.
- Professional Photography: Capture every magical moment, with the option to meet your photographer beforehand to discuss your vision.
- Ceremony Set-Up: Choose from four elegant chair designs for your ceremony, complete with aisle décor and plinths for added charm.
- Bridal Robe & Confetti: We provide a luxurious bridal robe for your final preparations, along with celebratory confetti for that picture-perfect moment.
- Glassware, Ice Buckets, and Cake Stand: All the essential details are taken care of, including a beautiful cake stand and glassware for sparkling water.
Personalise Your Wedding
While the essentials are covered, we encourage you to personalise your wedding further. You’re welcome to bring your own catering or arrange for a chef on-site, with pack down by 3pm. Whether you’re opting for canapés for 20 or a seated meal for a maximum of 11 people, Berwick Lodge offers flexibility to suit your taste. Don't forget to arrange your own cake and alcohol, which can be chilled at the venue prior to the big day.
Additional Options:
- Catering: Your catering cost is to be chosen by you, and can either be delivered or your chef can serve on-site. The pack down is scheduled for 3pm.
- Guest Capacity: Canapés for up to 20 people are preferred, with a maximum seating arrangement for 11 guests.
- Alcohol: Arrange for your alcohol to be delivered a few days prior, so we can chill it for you.
- Hair and Makeup: Have your hair and makeup artist finish your look before your transport to Berwick Lodge at 10am for final touches.
- Attire: Please organise your own wedding dress and suit.
- Cake & Favours: Don't forget to arrange for your cake to be delivered, as well as any wedding favours.
Looking to add a personal touch to your florals? While we provide basic floral arrangements, you're welcome to liaise with a florist for additional bouquets, corsage for the husband to be or a stunning archway display.
